About Me

I am a psychologist with three years of professional experience, currently advancing my training through the Comprehensive Systemic Psychotherapy Program. I provide individual psychological support and conduct mental health assessments, working with adults aged 18 and over. My training includes both basic and advanced courses in Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as specialized coursework in SFT, crisis intervention and trauma. I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Polish Psychological Association and participate in ongoing supervision to ensure the highest standards of care.
